I worked on improving the user experience of key payment and transaction flows across the platform. The project focused on simplifying complex financial processes, increasing transparency during transactions, and helping users complete tasks with greater confidence.

My responsibilities included user flow design, information architecture, wireframing, interaction design, and visual interface design. I collaborated with product and engineering teams to define workflows, identify usability issues, and create interfaces that balanced business requirements, security considerations, and user needs.

Particular attention was given to reducing friction in payment journeys, improving transaction visibility, and designing clear feedback mechanisms for successful, pending, and failed operations. The goal was to make financial interactions more intuitive while maintaining user trust throughout the experience.
