Espad — ERP Dashboard for Business Operations & Team Collaboration

Overview

Espad is a B2B ERP platform designed to help organizations manage operational processes, internal communication, and team activities through a unified dashboard experience. The platform centralizes business workflows, enabling teams to coordinate tasks, monitor operations, and improve collaboration across departments.

I owned the end-to-end UX design process for five core ERP dashboard features, from problem discovery and workflow definition to interface design and implementation support. The project focused on simplifying complex operational processes and helping teams manage their daily activities more efficiently within a single platform.

My responsibilities included user flow design, information architecture, dashboard design, interaction design, and UX documentation. I designed workflows for task management, team collaboration, and internal communication, ensuring that users could easily coordinate work and access relevant information across different business functions.

Working within a Scrum-based product team, I collaborated closely with product managers and engineers during sprint planning and feature prioritization. This allowed design decisions to align with both business objectives and technical constraints while maintaining a consistent user experience throughout the platform.

Impact

The project delivered clearer operational workflows and more structured collaboration experiences for business teams.
