I worked on designing experiences for both sides of the marketplace ecosystem, including customer-facing workflows and specialist dashboards. The project required balancing the needs of service seekers and service providers while creating efficient operational workflows.

My responsibilities included user journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, dashboard design, and workflow optimization. I focused on simplifying service discovery, request submission, job tracking, and specialist management processes.

Special attention was given to trust-building mechanisms, service transparency, profile management, and communication flows between customers and professionals. The design process aimed to reduce friction across the entire service lifecycle, from request creation to task completion.
